Applicon builds manual bag dump stations, in round or rectangular design, with dust hood or integral dust collector, and massage or vibration to maintain product flow.These are available in mild steel industrial or FDA epoxy finish, or all stainless construction. Discharge options include rotary valve, flexible or rigid auger, or vacuum transition adaptor.
When high-use products aren’t available in bulk sack, we offer high speed automatic bag slitting system to relieve the operator from this chore. These systems open up to 20 bpm, recovering virtually all product, with minimal contamination.
The discharged products can be filled into supersack or portable bin, or can be conveyed directly to process. The emptied paper or plastic bags are discharged nearly dust free, in dense bales, for disposal or recycling.
