Applicon builds components and systems for mixing, melting and thermal processing, including:

Agitator Blenders

To 400 cu.ft. capacity, designed with single or double ribbon, paddle or plow agitator. Sanitary construction, abrasion resistant construction, and high efficiency thermal jacketing for heating or cooling are standard options.

Continuous Blenders

High speed pin and paddle blade continuous blenders for blending, micro-pelletizing, or wetting continuously fed continuously. Capacity range is from 5 to 100 tph, in 4 to 12” dia. Carbide and ceramic liners are available for handling abrasive products.

Furnace Charging

Vessels

Atmospheric mixing vessels or melt kettles to 3,000 gallons, insulated and provided with electric or thermal fluid jacket. Jacketed piping systems distribution of molten product.

Skid Mounted Systems

Systems including chemical metering, mixing, heat/cool, filtration, ultra-filtration, pumps, etc.
